Little Human Helper is a youth challenge for practical ideas.

This program encourages age-appropriate creativity, useful thinking, and supportive problem-solving for younger creators.

Who it is for

Junior Division is for ages 8-12. Teen Division is for ages 13-17. Parent or guardian involvement is required where the rules call for it.

What it is

A practical challenge for youth ideas that help people, families, schools, community groups, or everyday life.

How it works

Entries are judged by UVP and authorized judges only. There is no public voting, no popularity contest, and no payment required.

Key dates

Submission window: January 1, 2027 through April 1, 2027. Winner announcement window: May-June 2027.

Prize overview

Every eligible entrant receives acknowledgment and a response after review. Recognition may include gift cards, devices, learning bundles, recognition certificates, featured recognition, and supported development pathways with parent or guardian approval.

Designed for young creators with parent or guardian protection.

The program keeps communication, privacy, and publication practices appropriate for youth participation.

Practical and age-appropriate

Ideas should be helpful, age-appropriate, and focused on real-world benefit. The program is meant to encourage creativity and useful thinking, not pressure or performance.
